Asian stir-fry mix
1 packet
beef strips
1 sachet
Southeast Asian Spice Blend
1 bag
coriander
1 sachet
oyster sauce
(Contains: Gluten, Molluscs, Wheat;)
1 packet
sweet chilli sauce
1 packet
crispy shallots
1 packet
udon noodles
(Contains: Gluten, Wheat;)
Boil a kettle of water. Heat a drizzle olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook stir-fry mix until softened, 3 mins. Transfer to a bowl. Return pan to high heat. Cook beef and spice blend until browned, 1-2 mins. Set aside
Once kettle has boiled, pour boiling water into a saucepan over high heat. Bring to the boil, cook udon noodles until just tender, 2-3 mins. Drain and refresh under cold water. Chop coriander.
Return pan to the heat, add oyster sauce, sweet chilli sauce, noodles and veggies. Toss to combine. Serve beef stir-fry topped with coriander and crispy shallots.
