When will HelloFresh deliver my food box?
To see what time windows are available in your delivery area, enter your address details and select from the drop down menu at the checkout.
Does HelloFresh deliver to apartments?
We currently deliver to a number of apartment buildings each week.
We just have a few tips to make sure your box gets to you safe and sound:
* Speak with your building manager about the measures in place around deliveries for residents
* Add delivery instructions to your HelloFresh account (for example: 'Please buzz unit 123' or 'Please leave delivery in mail room'.
* If you select a nighttime delivery window, please make sure there's somewhere safe for your driver to leave your box. They won't call or buzz your apartment, as they don't want to wake you up.
Will HelloFresh call me upon delivery?
Depending on your courier, you may receive an SMS with a tracking link the night before your delivery, or you may receive an SMS once your box has been delivered.
If your selected delivery window is between 12:00am - 7:30am, our drivers will not contact you to avoid waking you up. Just be sure to update your account with any delivery instructions!
What if I’m not home to accept my HelloFresh delivery?
It's no problem at all! In fact, lots of our customers are not home at the time of delivery.
When you confirm your order, you'll have the option to leave delivery instructions for your driver so they can leave your box in a safe place (like your back door or under your porch bench).
Rest assured, our boxes are specially designed to keep your food cool, with insulated cool pouches and ice packs to keep your ingredients as fresh as you'd expect.
