Christmas Box FAQs

When will the Christmas Box be delivered?
Your Christmas Box will be delivered on **Monday 22nd December.** We will send you an SMS the day prior to your scheduled delivery to let you know your 1 hour ETA delivery window.

If you're already a HelloFresh customer, please note that your Christmas Box is separate to your weekly subscription and the delivery may differ from your usual weekly delivery time.
Do I need to have a HelloFresh subscription to order the Christmas Box?
Nope! The HelloFresh Christmas Box is a one-off order and delivery - no strings attached! When purchasing this product you will not be signed up to any subscription.
Does my delivery address have to be my home address?
If you’re heading away for Christmas, you can provide your holiday home as your delivery address. Just make sure the postcode is a HelloFresh delivery area and that the delivery date (22nd December) is within your stay. You can check your postcode eligibility by pressing 'Order now'.
How long will it take to cook the Christmas feast?
All of our Christmas Box recipes are designed to be easy-to-follow and achievable whether you're cooking solo or with help. You will also receive a handy cooking timeline and prep-ahead guide!

With one person cooking, we estimate 2 hours prep time on the day prior, and 3-4 hours on Christmas day. This includes the time it takes for dishes to cook in the oven, so it’s not all hands-on work!

If you've got helpers, the time is almost halved! There are optional elements for each recipe that can be prepped in advance. All information is available in the guide.
When is the Christmas Box order cut-off?
You can place your order until 11:59pm Thursday 11th December 2025 AEDT (or whilst stock lasts).
Can I cancel my Christmas Box order?
All orders for Christmas boxes are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Once an order is placed, we confirm your order with our farmers, suppliers and logistics operators to make sure you have the perfect Christmas feast. This commitment means we're unable to cancel your order.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If you need to make changes to your delivery address after placing your order, please contact our Customer Care team for support here.
