Cooking Steps

Get prepped
1

• Finely chop garlic. Thinly slice cucumber into half-moons. Drain sweetcorn.
• Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Cook corn kernels until lightly
browned, 4-5 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl.

TIP: Cover the pan with a lid if the kernels are ‘popping’ out.

Prep the beef patties
2

• In a medium bowl, combine beef mince, All-American spice blend, fine
breadcrumbs, garlic, the salt and the egg.
• Shape beef mixture into evenly sized patties (two per person). Transfer to
a plate.

Cook the patties
3

• Return frying pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
• Cook beef patties until just cooked through, 4-5 minutes each side.
• In the last 1-2 minutes of cook time, sprinkle Cheddar cheese over patties,
then cover with a lid or foil so the cheese melts.
• Meanwhile, add slaw mix and cucumber to the bowl with charred corn.
Drizzle with white wine vinegar and olive oil. Toss to coat. Season with salt
and pepper to taste.

Serve up
4

• Divide charred corn slaw between bowls.
• Top with beef cheeseburger patties and a dollop of burger sauce.
• Garnish with torn coriander to serve. Enjoy!
