• Trim baby broccoli • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat • Cook broccoli and beans with a splash of water, until tender, 4-6 mins. Add garlic paste and cook until fragrant, 1 min • Transfer to a bowl, season and cover to keep warm
• Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine spice blend, chicken and a drizzle of olive oil • Return frying pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil • Cook chicken until cooked through, 3-4 mins each side. Reduce heat to medium • Stir in cream and mustard, turning to coat, 1-2 mins
• Meanwhile, transfer mashed potato to a heatproof bowl • Microwave until hot and steaming, 3 mins. Season to taste • Plate up chicken, greens and mash • Spoon over remaining sauce from pan
