• Finely chop garlic and coriander. • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add half the garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add the water, a good pinch of saltand basmati rice, stir and bring to the boil. • Reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid. Cook for 10 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat and keep covered until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed, 10 minutes. • When rice is finished cooking stir coriander through.
Custom Recipe: If you've swapped from to beef strips, flavour the beef strips as above.
Custom Recipe: Heat pan as above. When the oil is hot, cook beef strips, tossing, in batches until browned and cooked through, 1-2 minutes. Continue with step as above.
• Divide the garlic and coriander rice and veggies between bowls. • Top the rice with the Sichuan pork. Garnish with sesame seeds to serve. Enjoy!
