Instructions

Preheat the oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Cut the potatoes into fries. Roughly chop the red onion. On a lined oven tray, place the potato and onion. Sprinkle with All-American spice blend, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and toss to coat. Roast until tender, 20-25 minutes.

While the veggies are roasting, place the pork sausages on a lined oven tray and bake for 10 minutes. Turn the sausages and continue baking until browned and cooked through, 10-12 minutes.

When the sausages and veggies have 5 minutes remaining, place the hot dog bun on a wire rack in the oven until heated through, 3 minutes. Meanwhile, thinly slice the apple. To a medium bowl, add the slaw mix, apple and a good drizzle of olive oil and white wine vinegar. Season and toss to combine.

Slice hot dog buns and fill with the pork sausages, red onion and slaw. Top with the mustard mayo. Serve with American fries.
