• Boil kettle. Drain and rinse noodles. Slice lime • Heat oil in a saucepan over high heat. Cook Asian stir-fry mix until just tender, 3-4 mins • Stir in ginger paste, 1 min
• Add the boiling water (2 cups for 2P / 4 cups for 4P), stock powder, oyster sauce and soy sauce mix and bring to the boil • Add gyozas and cover. Reduce to a simmer and cook until tender, 4-5 mins • Stir in noodles
• Divide soup between bowls • Squeeze over lime • Top with crispy shallots and tear over coriander
