• Trim green beans. Thinly slice garlic. • Roughly chop Asian greens. • Thinly slice spring onion.
• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. • Cook green beans, until tender, 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and Asian greens, and cook until just wilted and fragrant, 1-2 minutes.
• To the pan with veggies, add oyster sauce and a splash of water, tossing to combine, 1 minute. Season to taste.
• Transfer stir-fried Asian greens to a serving bowl. Garnish with spring onion. Enjoy!
