Toast sliced sourdough in the toaster.
Meanwhile, slice avocado in half, scoop out flesh and thinly slice. Slice lemon into wedges.
Spread each toast with ricotta (see ingredients). Top with avocado, sesame seeds and chilli flakes (if using). Season with salt and pepper. Squeeze over lemon juice. Enjoy!
