Season beef. Heat olive oil in frying pan over high heat. Cook steak for 2-3 mins on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate to rest.

Top Steak Tips!

  1. Use paper towel to pat steak dry before seasoning.
  2. Check if steak is done by pressing on it gently with tongs - rare steak is soft, medium is springy and well-done is firm.
  3. For ultimate tenderness, let steak rest on a plate for 5 minutes before slicing.

Prick a few holes in potato container. Microwave potatoes until soft and steaming, 4-5 mins. Chop tomato. Thinly slice cucumber

In a bowl, combine salad leaves, tomato and cucumber. Add the dressing, season to taste and toss. Slice steak. Plate up steak and potatoes. Serve with salad and truffle mayo.
