How to Make Rissoles
Making rissoles is surprisingly simple. Start by choosing your main ingredient, whether it's beef, chicken, or pork, and select your preferred vegetables. We recommend onions, parsley, and garlic for a delicious burst of flavours. In a bowl, combine your minced meat, chopped onions, parsley, garlic, and egg. You can then decide whether to coat them in breadcrumbs, enclose them in pastry, or leave them as they are. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into a round patty.
Next, heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the rissoles to the pan, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and fully cooked through. Serve the rissoles alongside your chosen sides.
