Cooking Steps

Cook the corn
1

• Boil the kettle. • Half-fill a medium saucepan with boiling water. • Cook corn in boiling water until tender and bright yellow, 5 minutes. • Drain, season with salt and pepper and cover to keep warm.

Cook the chicken
2

• Meanwhile, place your hand flat on top of chicken thigh and slice through horizontally to make two thin steaks. • In a medium bowl, combine sweet soy seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil. Add chicken steaks, turning to coat. • In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. • Cook chicken steaks until cooked through, 3-6 minutes each side (cook in batches if your pan is getting crowded). TIP: The chicken is cooked when it is no longer pink inside.

Heat the buns & prep the salad
3

• While chicken is cooking, set your air fryer to 200°C. Halve bake-at-home burger buns and place in air fryer basket and bake until heated through, 2-3 minutes. • In a second medium bowl, add mixed salad leaves and sesame dressing. Season and toss to combine. • In a small bowl, combine gochujang and garlic aioli. No AIR FRYER? Halve burger buns and toast or grill to your liking.

Finish & serve
4

• Build burgers by spreading bun bases with some gochujang aioli. Top with chicken and salad. • Serve with corn cob and remaining salad. Drizzle corn with any remaining gochujang aioli. Enjoy!
