• Trim broccoli and beans. Cut lemon into wedges • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat • Cook veggies, tossing, until tender, 4-5 mins. Add a squeeze of lemon juice. Toss and season • Transfer to a bowl
• Return frying pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil • Cook pork until cooked through, 3-4 mins each side. Remove from heat • Add glaze, a splash of water, and spice blend. Turn to coat
• Meanwhile, transfer potato to a bowl • Microwave until hot and steaming, 3 mins. Season to taste • Plate up the pork, greens and mash • Top with walnuts. Tear over parsley • Serve with remaining lemon
