Cooking Steps

Get prepped
1

• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced.
• Finely chop garlic, brown onion (see ingredients) and carrot.
• Slice fresh lasagne sheets in half lengthways, then into thirds across to create
6 equal rectangle pieces.

Start the sauce
2
  • In a large oven-proof pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook lamb mince, onion and carrot, until tender, 4-5 minutes.
  • Add garlic and garlic & herb seasoning and cook until fragrant, 1 minute.
  • Add diced tomatoes with garlic & onion and the water, stir and bring to the boil. Season generously.
Add the pasta and ricotta
3

• Gently stir in the cut lasagne sheets, then evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella
and Parmesan cheese on top.
• Transfer pan to oven and bake until pasta is ‘al dente’ and sauce is bubbling,  10-12 minutes.

TIP:  ‘Al dente’ pasta is cooked through but still slightly firm in the centre.

Finish & serve
4

• Divide one-pot cheesy lamb ‘lazy girl’ lasagne between bowls.
• Garnish with a pinch of chilli flakes (if using) to serve. Enjoy!
