All the comfort of a classic lasagne, none of the faff. Hearty pork mince simmers in a rich, saucy base before getting topped with a pillowy ricotta sauce, one pot, maximum flavour. This is the lasagne you make when you want something indulgent without the washing up to match. This dish is trending for a reason, and now it's yours on a weeknight.

Review summary
Updated on Oct 2026- Flavour: Most found it delicious, though some felt the sauce lacked depth and missed a melted cheese element.
- Suggestions: Sprinkling mozzarella over the ricotta before baking was suggested to add cheesy richness; some also felt the ricotta-to-sauce ratio was too heavy on the ricotta.
- Ease of prep: Quick and simple to put together, making it a reliable weeknight option.
- Leftovers: Portions were noted as a good size, and a simple side salad of leaves and cherry tomatoes was suggested to round out the meal.
