• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. • Cut sweet potato into fries. • Place fries on a lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and toss to coat. Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.
TIP: If your oven tray is crowded, divide the fries between two trays.
• When fries have 5 minutes remaining, combine All-American spice blend, a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil in a medium bowl. Add chicken tenderloins, tossing to coat. • In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through (when no longer pink inside), 3-4 minutes each side.

Add chicken tenderloins, tossing to coat. • In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through (when no longer pink inside), 3-4 minutes each side. (Cook in batches if your pan is getting crowded).

• While the chicken is cooking, place bake-at-home burger buns on a wire rack in the oven. Bake until heated through, 3 minutes. • Meanwhile, combine slaw mix, 1/2 the smokey aioli and a drizzle of white wine vinegar in a large bowl. Toss to combine. Season to taste. Set aside. • Thinly slice tomato.

• Halve the burger buns. Spread each bun with remaining aioli, then top with creamy slaw, tomato and smokey spiced chicken. • Serve with sweet potato fries.
