• In a bowl, combine spice blend, chicken, garlic paste and a drizzle of olive oil • Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat • Cook diced bacon, breaking up with a spoon, 1 min. Add chicken and cook, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 6-8 mins

• Halve tomatoes. Transfer to a bowl, then add salad leaves and dressing • Toss to combine, then season • Chop chicken

• Microwave tortillas in 10 second bursts, until warmed through • Fill tortillas with salad, chicken and bacon • Sprinkle with Parmesan to serve
