
Forget a boring bag of chips to snack on, instead delight in these vibrant and crispy kale chips! A scattering of everything garnish and chilli flakes brings a welcome warmth and added crunch to these moreish mouthfuls.

Chilli Flakes

• Preheat oven to 180ºC/160ºC fan-forced. • Roughly tear kale, discarding any larger pieces of stalk. TIP: If you've washed the kale, make sure you pat them dry so they crisp up in the oven!

• Divide kale between two lined oven trays. Drizzle with olive oil and lightly season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. • Bake until crisp and slightly brown around the edges, tossing halfway through, 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool. TIP: The kale chips will become crisp as they cool.

• Once kale chips have cooled, sprinkle with everything garnish and chilli flakes (if using) and toss to coat.

• Transfer baked kale chips to a serving bowl. Enjoy! TIP: Store any leftover kale chips in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days!
