330 g
Chicken Tenderloins
1 drizzle
olive oil

• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. • Place potato fries on a lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and toss to coat. • Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes. TIP: If your oven tray is crowded, divide between two trays.

• Meanwhile, slice tomato into thin rounds.

• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
• Cook chicken tenderloins until browned and cooked through, 3-4 minutes each side. In the last 1-2 minutes of cook time, sprinkle Cheddar cheese over chicken and cover with a lid so cheese melts. • While chicken tenderloins are cooking, halve bake-at-home burger buns and bake directly on a wire oven rack until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
TIP: Chicken is cooked through when it is no longer pink inside.

• Spread burger bun with half the mustard mayo. Top each bun with tomato, a cheesy chicken and mixed salad leaves. • Divide fries and Aussie chicken cheeseburger between plates. Serve with the remaining mayo. Enjoy!
