Cooking Steps

- Peel, then thinly slice orange into wedges.

- Roughly chop walnuts.

- To a large serving bowl, add spinach & rocket mix, orange, dried cranberries, balsamic vinaigrette dressing and half the Parmesan cheese.
- Toss to combine and season to taste.
