Cooking Steps

Segment the orange

  • Peel, then thinly slice orange into wedges.
Prep the walnuts

  • Roughly chop walnuts.
Toss the salad

  • To a large serving bowl, add spinach & rocket mix, orange, dried cranberries, balsamic vinaigrette dressing and half the Parmesan cheese.
  • Toss to combine and season to taste.
Finish & serve
