Hoo-wee, hold onto your hats cause this ain’t just any burger, this is a beef cheeseburger with the whole dang lot! We’re startin’ with a slather of oozy garlic aioli smoother than a two-step on a Saturday night, then stackin’ up a spiced beef patty, salad, onion, tomato and egg so high you’ll need two hands and a prayer to wrangle it. And ridin’ alongside? A heap of golden fries to round out the spread.

Produced in a facility that processes eggs, milk, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

Cooking Steps

Bake the fries
1

• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced.
• Place potato fries on a lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and
toss to coat, spread out evenly, then bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.
Little cooks: Help toss and season the fries!

Get prepped
2

• While fries are baking, thinly slice tomato into rounds.
• Thinly slice brown onion (see ingredients).
• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook
onion until tender, 4-5 minutes.
• Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Cook the patties & eggs
3

• Return the frying pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
• Cook beef patties until just cooked through, 4-5 minutes each side.
• In the last 1-2 minutes of cook time, sprinkle Cheddar cheese over patties and
cover with a lid (or foil) so the cheese melts.
• While the patties are cooking, heat a medium frying pan over high heat with a
drizzle of olive oil. When oil is hot, crack the eggs into the pan. Cook until egg
whites are firm and yolks are cooked to your liking, 2-3 minutes. Season to taste
with salt and pepper.
• Meanwhile, halve bake-at-home burger buns and bake directly on a wire oven
rack until heated through, 2-3 minutes.

Finish & serve
4

• Spread burger buns with some garlic aioli.
• Fill each bun with mixed salad leaves, tomato, a cheesy beef patty, onion and a
fried egg.
• Serve with fries and any remaining garlic aioli. Enjoy!
Little cooks: Take the lead and help build the burgers!
