1 drizzle

(Contains: Soy May be present: Gluten)
½ tbs
vinegar (white wine or rice wine)

• Boil the kettle.
• Thinly slice carrot and zucchini into half-moons.
• Roughly chop Asian greens.
• Finely chop garlic.
• In a small bowl, combine char siu paste, oyster sauce, the soy sauce, vinegar and a dash of water.

• Half-fill a medium saucepan with boiling water.
• Cook egg noodles over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally with a fork to separate, until tender, 4-5 minutes. Drain, rinse and set aside.
• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Stir-fry zucchini and carrot until softened, 4-5 minutes. Add Asian greens and cook until
just wilted, 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
TIP: Add a dash of water to the pan with the veggies to help speed up the cooking process!

• Return the frying pan to high heat. Cook beef mince (no need for oil!), breaking
up with a spoon, until just browned, 3-4 minutes.
• Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1-2 minutes.
• Return veggies to pan, then stir in cooked noodles and char siu mixture. Simmer until heated through, 1-2 minutes.
• Remove from heat. Season to taste with pepper.

• Divide Chinese char siu beef noodles and stir-fried veggies between bowls to serve. Enjoy!
