Brussels Sprout
1 drizzle

honey
1 drizzle
white wine vinegar
• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced.
• Cut potato into wedges.
• Thinly slice apple into wedges.
• Halve Bambino Brussels sprouts.
• Place wedges on a lined oven tray. Drizzle with
olive oil, season with salt and toss to coat.
• Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.
• Meanwhile, place Brussels sprouts on a second
lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season
with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
• Arrange cut-side down and roast until tender,
12-15 minutes.
TIP: The Brussels sprouts will char slightly, this adds
to the flavour!
• Lightly crush the semi-roasted Brussels sprouts
on the tray.
• Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Return to oven to
roast until golden, 5 minutes.
• While sprouts are roasting, in a large frying pan,
heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken tenderloins and All-American
spice blend, until browned and cooked through,
3-4 minutes each side. (Cook in batches if your pan is getting crowded).
TIP: Chicken is cooked through when it is no longer pink inside.
• In a large bowl, combine the honey, a pinch of
chilli flakes (if using) and a drizzle of white wine
vinegar and olive oil.
• Add apple and mixed salad leaves, tossing to
coat. Season to taste.
• Divide smokey chicken tenders, cheesy Bambino
Brussels sprouts, wedges and hot honey salad
between plates to serve. Enjoy!
