
We've seriously added the crunch factor to this side salad! With pea pods, cucumber and apples, there's nothing but delightful texture and flavour with each bite!

crushed peanuts

Japanese dressing
(Contains: Sesame, Soy;)
1 tsp
soy sauce
(Contains: Gluten, Soy;)
1 tsp
rice wine vinegar

• Trim pea pods, then thinly slice lengthways. • Slice apple into thin sticks. Thinly slice cucumber into half-moons. • Roughly chop coriander leaves.

• In a large bowl, combine Japanese dressing, the soy sauce and the rice wine vinegar.

• Add pea pods, apple and cucumber to the dressing and toss to combine.

• Transfer apple, pea pods and cucumber salad to a serving bowl. • Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and coriander to serve. Enjoy!
