Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. To pizza bases, spread evenly with pizza sauce. Sprinkle over grated Parmesan cheese.

Place pizzas directly on a wire rack in oven and bake until base is golden, 10-12 minutes (use two wire racks if your pizzas don't fit). TIP: Placing the pizzas directly onto the wire racks helps the base to crisp up.

Arrange prosciutto over pizzas. Top with rocket leaves and a drizzle over balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
