• Roughly chop Asian greens. Trim and halve pea pods.
• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. • Cook Asian greens and pea pods, tossing, until just wilted and tender, 2-3 minutes.
• To veggies, add ginger paste and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. • Remove pan from heat and add soy sauce mix and a pinch of brown sugar, tossing to coat. • Season with pepper.
• Transfer Asian green veggie stir-fry to a serving dish. • Top with a pinch of chilli flakes (if using). Enjoy!
