Cooking Steps

Cook the ravioli
1

• Boil the kettle.
• Half-fill a large saucepan with boiling water and add a generous pinch of salt.
• Cook Rana pumpkin & roasted onion ravioli over high heat until ‘al dente’,
3 minutes.
• Reserve some pasta water (see ingredients). Drain ravioli and return to the
saucepan.
TIP: Fresh pasta moves quickly! 3 minutes is all it needs to hit that perfect
‘al dente’ bite.
TIP: The pasta will naturally separate as it cooks!

Cook the pork
2

• Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan over high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
• Cook pork mince, breaking up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through,
3-4 minutes.
• Add savoury seasoning and cook until fragrant, 1 minute.

Make it saucy
3

• Stir in light cooking cream, the salt and reserved pasta water until combined,
1-2 minutes.
• Add cooked ravioli and gently toss until well combined, 1 minute. Season to
taste with salt and pepper.

Finish & serve
4

• Divide pumpkin ravioli and homestyle pork sauce between plates.
• Sprinkle over Parmesan cheese.
• Top with rocket leaves to serve. Enjoy!
