• Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. • Remove plastic film from butter chicken and cover tightly with foil. • Bake until warmed through, 30 minutes. • Remove from oven and remove foil. Bake until golden, a further 10 minutes.

• When the foil is removed from the chicken, microwave basmati rice until steaming, 2-3 minutes. • Meanwhile, add trimmed green beans and a splash of water to a microwave-safe bowl, then cover with a damp paper towel. • Microwave green beans on high, until just tender, 2-4 minutes. • Drain green beans, then return to the bowl and cover to keep warm.

• Divide rice, butter chicken and green beans between bowls. • Top with Greek-style yoghurt. Enjoy!
