• In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, garlic paste and a pinch of chilli flakes (if using). • Microwave for 10 second bursts, until fragrant. Stir in everything garnish, until combined.
• Brush each flatbread on both sides with seeded garlic butter and season with pepper.
• Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. • Cook flatbreads until golden and warmed through, 1-2 minutes each side.
• Divide seeded garlic flatbreads between plates. Enjoy!
