• Heat a large frying pan over high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
• Cook pork mince and chermoula spice blend, breaking up with a spoon, until just browned, 3-4 minutes.
• Add baby spinach leaves and cook until just wilted, 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

• Meanwhile, roughly chop tomato.
• Slice lemon into wedges.

• Microwave large wraps on a microwave-safe plate in 10 second bursts until warmed through.
• Spoon pork mixture over one-half of each wrap, then top with tomato. Crumble over fetta cubes and sprinkle with grated mozzarella, then fold over to form a half-moon.
• Cook gözleme in a sandwich press until golden brown and cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes.
TIP: Warming the wraps through helps them fold easily without tearing!

• Cut gözleme into wedges.
• Divide cheat’s Turkish pork, fetta and spinach gözleme between plates.
• Serve with lemon wedges and garlic sauce. Enjoy!
