Cooking Steps

Get prepped and cook the tofu

  • In a small bowl, combine oyster sauce, garlic paste, sesame oil blend, the brown sugar, the soy sauce and the vinegar.
  • Cut the tofu into 2cm chunks.
  • In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. When oil is hot, cook tofu, turning occasionally, until browned all over, 3-4 minutes.
  • Transfer tofu to a large bowl and cover to keep warm. 
Cook the veggies

  • Return frying pan to high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook Asian stir-fry mix with a splash of water until tender, 3-4 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to medium, then return tofu to pan. Stir through sauce mixture until warmed through, 1 minute.
Heat the rice

  • Microwave basmati rice until steaming, 2-3 minutes.
Finish & serve

• Divide rapid rice between bowls.
• Top with sweet ‘n savoury tofu and veggie stir-fry.
• Sprinkle with crispy shallots to serve. Enjoy!
