These are no ordinary flatbreads, they've been CURSED! Crispy, cheesy ham pizzas rise from the oven like something summoned from the underworld, topped with ricotta eyeballs that are watching your every move. A fresh tomato salad lurks alongside, the perfect potion to balance out the madness. This Halloween, dinner is staring right back at you - and it looks dangerously delicious. Serve it if you dare!

Produced in a facility that processes eggs, milk, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

Cooking Steps

Get prepped & cook the chicken
1
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced (remove two wire racks first).
  • Thinly slice tomato into wedges.
  • Cut sliced smoked ham into 1cm slices.
  • Cut chicken breast into 2cm chunks.
  • In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat.
  • When oil is hot, cook chicken, tossing occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 5-6 minutes.
TIP: Chicken is cooked through when it is no longer pink in the middle.
Assemble the pizzas
2

• Place flatbreads directly on wire racks.
• Spread passata (see ingredients) evenly across flatbreads using the back of a spoon. Sprinkle over grated mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.
• Top with cooked chicken and sprinkle over shredded mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.
• Lay ham slices across in a staggered criss-cross pattern, leaving a small gap near the top third of each pizza for the eyes.
• Bake pizzas in the oven until cheese is melted and golden, 10-12 minutes.

TIP: Baking the pizzas directly on the wire rack helps the base to crisp up.
TIP: Place a lined oven tray underneath the wire rack to catch any drips!

Toss the salad
3

• Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine gourmet leaf mix, tomato and a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar.
• Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Finish & serve
4

• Divide flatbread pizzas between plates.
• Dollop a spoonful of ricotta (see ingredients) above ham, then top each dollop
with a Kalamata olive (see ingredients).
• Serve with tomato salad and any remaining ricotta and olives. Enjoy!

Little cooks: Add the finishing touch and make the ‘mummy’ eyes!
