Cooking Steps

- Remove the lasagne tray from its wrapping.
- Sprinkle the eggplant parmigiana with mozzarella cubes.
- Microwave for 5 minutes at 700-800W or cooked in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
- When cooked, drizzle over the basil pesto sachet and serve.
