Pineapple Slices
1 packet
Toasted Tropical Muesli
1 packet
Unsweetened Oat Milk
(May be present: Soy, Almond.)
Drain the pineapple slices.
Heat a large frying pan over a high heat. Cook pineapple slices until lightly charred, 2-3 mins each side. Remove from pan and roughly chop.
Add a layer of toasted tropical muesli to each bowl (store leftover muesli in an airtight container!). Pour over unsweetened oat milk. Top with charred pineapple. Enjoy!
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Toast some shredded coconut until golden, 2-3 minutes and sprinkle over!
