Cooking Steps

Bake the fries
1

• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced.
• Cut potato into fries.
• Place on a lined oven tray.  Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
• Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.

TIP: If your oven tray is crowded, divide the fries between two trays.
Little cooks: Take the lead by tossing the fries.

Cook the fish
2

• When the fries have 10 minutes remaining, set your air fryer to 200°C.
• Place crumbed barramundi into air fryer basket and cook, turning halfway
through, until golden and cooked through, 8-10 minutes.
• Cook in batches if needed. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Season with a
pinch of salt.

TIP: No air fryer? Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat with enough olive oil
to coat the base. When oil is hot, cook crumbed barramundi until golden and cooked
through, 5-6 minutes each side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Season with a
pinch of salt.

Get prepped & heat the buns
3

• Meanwhile, finely shred baby cos lettuce (see ingredients).
• Halve bake-at-home burger buns. Place buns, cut-side up, on a second lined
oven tray and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
• Bake until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.

Little cooks: Help by sprinkling over the cheese!

Finish & serve
4

• To the tray with fries, sprinkle over chicken salt (see ingredients) and toss to coat.
• Spread burger bun bases with tartare sauce.
• Top with shredded cos and crumbed barramundi.
• Divide crumbed barramundi and cos burger and chicken salt fries between plates
to serve. Enjoy!
