Cooking Steps

• Cut potato into fries.
• Set your air fryer to 200°C. Place fries into the air fryer basket. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, sprinkle over lemon pepper seasoning and toss to coat. Cook for 15 minutes. Shake the basket, then cook until golden, a further 10-15 minutes. Divide between serving plates.

TIP: No air fryer? Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Place fries on a lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning and toss to coat. Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.

• When fries have 10 minutes remaining, roughly chop tomato. Finely chop garlic.
• In a medium bowl combine tomato and a drizzle of white wine vinegar and olive oil. Season.
• In a second medium bowl, combine All American spice blend, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Add prawns, toss to coat.
• In a small bowl, combine sweet chilli sauce and mayonnaise.

• Cut firm tofu into 1 cm chunks.
• In a medium bowl combine tomato and a drizzle of white wine vinegar and olive oil. Season.
• In a second medium bowl, combine All American spice blend, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Add tofu, toss to coat.
• In a small bowl, combine sweet chilli sauce and mayonnaise.

• Slice hot dog buns in half lengthways, 3/4 of the way through.
• In a small heatproof bowl, add the garlic and 1/2 the butter. Microwave in 10 second bursts, until melted.
• Once fries are done, spread garlic butter on buns then place in air fryer basket and cook until heated through, 2-3 minutes.

TIP: No air fryer? Spread garlic butter on buns, then bake directly on a wire oven rack until heated through, 3 minutes.

• Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, heat the remaining butter with a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
• Cook prawns, tossing, until pink and starting to curl up, 3-4 minutes.

• Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, heat a generous drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
• When the oil is hot, cook tofu, turning occasionally, until golden, 5-7 minutes.

• Fill buns with mixed salad leaves, tomato and prawns.
• Drizzle over half the sweet chilli-mayo.
