Cooking Steps

Bake the sweet potato
1

• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. • Place sweet potato chuncks on a lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat. Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes. TIP: If your oven tray is crowded, divide between two trays.

Cook the chicken
2

• When sweet potato has 5 minutes remaining, combine All-American spice blend, a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil in a large bowl. Add chicken tenderloins, tossing to coat. • In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through (when no longer pink inside), 3-4 minutes each side. (Cook in batches if your pan is getting crowded). Little cooks: Help combine the ingredients for the seasoning and have a go at tossing the chicken!

Get prepped
3

• While the chicken is cooking, place bake-at-home burger buns on a wire rack in the oven. Bake until heated through, 3 minutes. • Meanwhile, combine slaw mix, 1/2 the smokey aioli and a drizzle of white wine vinegar in a large bowl. Toss to combine. Season to taste. Set aside. • Thinly slice tomato. Little cooks: Lend a hand by tossing the slaw!

Finish & serve
4

• To the tray with sweet potato, add chicken salt and toss to coat. Halve the burger buns. Spread each bun with remaining aioli, then top with creamy slaw, tomato and American-spiced chicken. • Serve with sweet potato chunks. Little cooks: Take the lead and help build the burgers!
