• Boil the kettle. Half-fill a medium saucepan with boiling water.

Little cooks: Older kids, help add the noodles to the saucepan under adult supervision. Be careful, the water is boiling!

• Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan over high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
• Cook broccoli florets and trimmed green beans, tossing, until tender, 4-5 minutes.
• Transfer to a bowl, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.

• Return frying pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
• When oil is hot, cook chicken breast strips, tossing, in batches until browned and cooked through, 4-5 minutes.
• Reduce heat to medium. Return all chicken to pan and add garlic and sweet soy seasoning and cook until fragrant, 1 minute.
• Add oyster sauce, the water, sweet chilli sauce and cooked noodles and veggies, tossing until combined, 1 minute. Season with pepper.
TIP: The chicken is cooked when it is no longer pink inside.
