Halve cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice the cucumber into rounds. Roughly tear pearl bocconcini.
In a large serving bowl, place cherry tomatoes, cucumber and bocconcini. Season with salt and pepper.
Just before serving, to the bowl with the veggies, add mixed salad leaves, creamy pesto dressing and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss to coat. Season.
