pineapple slices

Toasted Tropical Muesli
(Contains: Gluten, Tree Nuts, Sulphites; May be present: Milk, Peanuts, Sesame, Soy.)
1 bottle
unsweetened almond milk
(Contains: Almond; May be present: Soy, Gluten, Hazelnut.)
Drain pineapple slices.
Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Cook pineapple slices until lightly charred, 2-3 minutes each side. Roughly chop.
In a serving bowl, add a layer of toasted tropical muesli (store any leftover muesli in an airtight container). Top with some unsweetened almond milk and charred pineapple.
FRESH TIP: Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Toast some shredded coconut until golden, 2-3 minutes and sprinkle over!
