Spring Onion

• Halve corn cob. Thinly slice spring onion. • In a small bowl, combine softened butter, spring onion and a pinch of salt and pepper.

• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Cut corn cobs in half. Place on a lined oven tray. • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and toss to coat. • Roast until tender and slightly charred, 15-20 mins. • Spread with spring onion butter to serve.

• Set your air fryer to 200°C. • In a large bowl, combine corn, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper, • Place corn into the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 mins, shaking halfway through. • Spread with spring onion butter to serve.

• Add corn and a splash of water to a microwave-safe bowl, then cover with a damp paper towel. • Microwave corn on high until just tender, 4-5 mins. Drain corn and season with salt and pepper. • Spread with spring onion butter to serve.
