- Preheat oven to 240/220C fan-forced.
- Add slow-cooked lamb shoulder (plus any liquid from packaging) to a baking dish. Cover tightly with foil, then roast for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil, then turn lamb and roast until browned and heated throught, a further 10-12 minutes.
