• In a bowl, combine spice blend, pork and olive oil • Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat • Cook pork, tossing until browned, 2-3 mins.

• Roughly chop tomato. Grate carrot • In a separate bowl, combine tomato, carrot, lettuce and chargrilled capsicums • Add dressing, season and toss

• Toast or grill flatbread to your liking • Plate up salad, pork and flatbread • Top with almonds and chilli flakes (if using) • Serve with garlic sauce.
