Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. In a large bowl, add the Anzac mix.

In a medium bowl, add the butter and honey (or golden syrup) and place in the microwave to melt, 1 minute.

To the bowl with the Anzac mix, add the butter-honey mixture and stir together until combined.

Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls and place across the baking trays lined with baking paper. Press down on the balls to flatten slightly.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
