• Thinly slice carrot and cucumber into sticks.
• Thinly slice capsicum.
• Halve snacking tomatoes.
• Trim and halve pea pods lengthways.
• Finely chop garlic.

• In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and garlic.
• Microwave in 10 second bursts, until fragrant and melted. Season with a pinch of salt.

• Toast or grill pita bread to your liking.
• Brush garlic butter over pita bread and slice into wedges.

• Arrange prosciutto and veggies on a serving platter.
• Serve with hummus, marinated goat cheese and garlic-butter pita bread. Enjoy!
