• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
• Cook veggie mince, breaking up with a spoon, until just browned, 4-5 minutes.
• Add Tex-Mex spice blend and cook until fragrant, 1 minute.
• Remove from heat, then add a splash of water and mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
• In a large bowl, combine deluxe salad mix and a drizzle of white winevinegar and olive oil. Season to taste.
Little cooks: Take the lead by tossing the salad!
• Microwave mini flourtortillas on a microwave-safe plate in 10 secondbursts until warmed through.
Little cooks: Help warm the tortillas with oven gloves and under adult supervision. Be careful, the plate can get hot!
• Build tacos by spreading tortillas with BBQ mayo, then top with deluxe salad, Texan plant-based mince and Cheddar cheese to serve. Enjoy!
