1 packet
Garlic Aioli
(Contains: Eggs;)
2
Garlic
1 packet
Green Beans
1 packet
Jasmine Rice
(May be present: Gluten, Soy, Wheat.)
1 sachet
Southeast Asian Spice Blend
1 drizzle
olive oil
20 g
butter
(Contains: Milk;)
1.25 cup
water
1 tbs
soy sauce
(Contains: Soy; May be present: Gluten.)
1 tbs
honey
¼ tsp
salt
1 tbs
flour
(Contains: Gluten; May be present: Wheat.)
1 tsp
cracked black pepper

• Finely chop garlic.
• In a large saucepan, melt the butter with a dash
of olive oil over medium heat. Cook garlic until
fragrant, 1-2 minutes.
• Add the water and a generous pinch of salt and
bring to the boil.
• Add jasmine rice, stir, cover with a lid and
reduce the heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes,
then remove from the heat and keep covered
until rice is tender and water is absorbed,
10 minutes.
TIP: The rice will finish cooking in its own steam so
don’t peek!

• While the rice is cooking, trim and halve
green beans.
• Roughly chop Asian greens.
• In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and
honey. Set aside.
Little cooks: Help combine the ingredients for the
sauce!

• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil
over medium-high heat. Cook green beans,
tossing, until tender, 3-4 minutes.
• Add Asian greens and cook until wilted,
1-2 minutes.
• Add the honey-soy mixture and cook until
bubbling, 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and
cover to keep warm.

• In a large bowl, combine the salt, cracked black
pepper, Southeast Asian spice blend and the
plain flour.
• Add beef strips to the spiced flour and toss
to coat.

• Wash and dry the frying pan, then return to high
heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
• When the oil is hot, pick up the beef using tongs
and shake off any excess flour back into
the bowl.
• Add beef strips in batches and cook, tossing
occasionally, until browned and cooked through,
1-2 minutes.
TIP: Add a little more oil between batches if
necessary! Cooking the meat in batches over high
heat helps it stay tender.

• Divide garlic rice between plates.
• Top with honey-soy greens and Asian
spiced beef.
• Garnish with crushed peanuts.
• Serve with garlic aioli. Enjoy!
Little cooks: Add the finishing touch by sprinkling
over the peanuts!
