Cooking Steps

Cook the chicken
1

• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
• Cook chicken thigh, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 10-14 minutes.
TIP: Chicken is cooked through when it's no longer pink inside.

Cook the onion
2

• Meanwhile, in a second large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
• Cook sliced onion, until charred and tender, 6-7 minutes.

Toast the bun
3

• Half burger buns. Toast or grill buns to your liking.

Finish & serve
4

• Divide burger buns between plates, then spread with some aioli and BBQ sauce, then top with a chicken, sliced beetroot, charred onion and mixed salad leaves. Serve with corn chips and any remaining sauce. Enjoy!
