Cooking Steps

  • Thinly slice carrot and cucumber into sticks.
  • Thinly slice capsicum.
  • Halve snacking tomatoes. Trim and halve pea pods lengthways. Finely chop garlic.

  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and garlic.
  • Microwave in 10 second bursts, until fragrant and melted. Season with a pinch of salt.

  • Toast or grill pita bread to your liking.
  • Brush garlic butter over pita bread and slice into wedges.

  • Transfer hummus to a small serving bowl.
  • Transfer marinated goat cheese to a second small serving bowl.
  • Arrange prosciutto, hummus, goat cheese, veggies and garlic-butter pita bread on a serving platter. Enjoy!
